This piece is absolutely amazing and I love your take on Usagi!!
The colouring, shading and tone is just on point!
Though Luna does look a bit cartoonish in comparison to Usagi- I don't believe it takes away from the piece.
It depends on what you were going for- a balance of the 2 (realism and cartoonish) or more so one or the other. I personally think adapting a more realistic approach to Luna would smooth out that odd style change.

I LOVE the way you did the hair. The wisps of strands and the overall colour. It's nice to see it done in a more platinum-toned colour.

Some little things to me- Usagi's hand looks a bit too big in comparison to her size. It would be one thing if it was closer to the viewer but it seems to be placed at about her space in the composition (middleground). It's not overly big just needs slightly resized.
I also noticed the moon being slightly hard to see- now this is hit/miss. While I love the subtly of the moon (as if a fore shadow as to who she really is), it too depends on intention. If you wanted it to be more dominating, bring it out. If not, it's good as is.
While her face does have that "babyface" look to make her seem her age, it does seem a bit misplaced in comparison to her neck circumference and overall body frame. I'd opt for a slightly thinner neck and maybe a bit of "baby fat" to go along with that youthful face. She is a glutton after all... but she is also a Senshi. So she kind of stays neutral in her weight loss/gain.

Now... this is just observation and I don't know if it's my computer or not but- are her eyes heterochromia (one blue; one green)? It not, it seems that way either by my computer screen's colour setup or by something.

And, if so- I love that idea! To me it seems like a differentiating statement between Usagi and Sailor Moon. Originally, she was supposed to change hair colour from Usagi to Sailor Moon so it would be a nice concept to go with. Though I would personally keep "Usagi's" eyes brown (natural Japanese colour) and then make "Sailor Moon's" eyes blue ^^

Overall this is a really beautiful piece and I love the medium you chose <3
